All bookings are subject to the following conditions.
Payment & Deposit
Once we receive a signed booking form and 25% deposit for the apartment/s then a contract shall exist between the party leader and S.A.R.L Deadman. The final balance is due on your arrival.
Insurance
Proof of adequate Ski accident insurance cover is required.
Cancellations & Changes
Any changes or cancellations by you must be made in writing. If we cannot accommodate these changes then the booking will be treated as a cancellation and you will become liable for charges on the following scale:
> 42 days before booked arrival date - Deposit
29/42 days before - 40% of full apartment cost
15/28 days before - 60% of full apartment cost
1/14 days before - 100% of full apartment cost
Responsibility
We do not accept liability for the actions of suppliers of any services that we offer. We cannot accept liability for events beyond our control such as industrial dispute, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, war, riots or civil strife, terrorist activity and other such similar events. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any injuries caused by activities outside of our holiday arrangements or for any winter sport injuries howsoever caused including organized sessions.
